The Analysis

The Analysis

  • PERCON understands and plans for strategies through Cross Functional Teams to help existing teams within organisations, which are not equipped to deal with what today's business environment throws at them.
  • The cooperative and collaborative relationships with customers are the most prudent way to keep track of changing expectations. Processes are needed for integrating the customer with the ‘insiders’ to keep pace with what has to be cashed upon.
  • Introspection on a continuous basis through a systematic process of evaluating and comparing the capability of the existing organisation has to be carried out with others that are normally recognised as industry leaders.
  • Technology based initiatives have to be people-driven. Most of us would agree that the best experiences are designed with people in mind. But the fact is that it is still really easy to forget about the end user or person that you are ultimately trying to serve. If technology doesn't fulfill its promise of enriching lives then that is not a people-driven experience.
  • Management skills and people skills are the critical element in battling high turnover and creating cues for a high-retention workforce. PERCON addresses ‘important’ or key ‘indispensable’ people to figure out what was important to them (where lies the passion).
